Resources

Our premises are currently made up of 3 units based at the one site in Fforestfach. One unit for Strip, MET and Build, a second unit for Panel and Paint, and a third for Storage. Each unit is fully equipped with all the latest technology to assist through the full body repair process.

Hyundai Authorised Repairs

As well as normal accident repairs, we are also an Authorised Hyundai Body Repair Centre. This allows us to carry out repairs to your Hyundai vehicle under their warranty scheme and all repairs will retain their manufacturers warranty. This also applies for Hyundai’s repaired under the normal accident repairs route.

What's Involved?

There are generally two repair processes that can take place. The process depends on whether the vehicle is Roadworthy or Unroadworthy. Both processes follow the steps below:

Roadworthy Vehicles

We will begin by carrying out an estimate on your vehicle to send for authorisation.
On receipt of authorisation we will then order any parts that may be required and fix a booking in date.
On arrival, your vehicle will then be stripped to check for any hidden damage.
Work will then be carried out and completed to the highest of industry standards.
We will then QC the vehicle and provide a courtesy clean. At this stage we will also contact you to advise of completion.
On completion, we will then make arrangements to return your vehicle or for you to collect, depending on what suits you best.

Unroadworthy Vehicles

We will begin by collecting your vehicle from an agreed location at a time to suit you.
On arrival, your vehicle will be stripped to check for any hidden damage and estimated to send for authorisation.
On receipt of authorisation we will then order any parts that may be required.
Work will then be carried out and completed to the highest of industry standards.
We will then QC the vehicle and provide a courtesy clean. At this stage we will also contact you to advise of completion.
On completion, we will then make arrangements to return your vehicle or for you to collect, depending on what suits you best.
